Adults have a great time getting into shape with our karate and fitness programs. The karate program will improve flexibility, endurance, balance and coordination while learning life saving self-defense skills. We offer many fitness classes to assist with common goals like weight loss, firming and toning, or just getting into better shape. You will grow physically and mentally as you learn Traditional Okinawan Karate and Kobudo (weapons).
Self-defense, physical fitness, and self-confidence can all be achieved by training in the Martial Arts. You will improve your flexibility, stamina, and your ability to handle yourself in a variety of situations. Karate has also been proven to increase your cardiovascular system, increase focus, and reduce stress. Our class offers a positive and safe learning environment through the traditional system of Matsubayashi-Ryu.
There are a variety of classes to suit your needs and fit into your schedule. All fitness levels are welcomed.
